There are 14 countries in the Oceania continent which contains more than 10,000 islands. Can you imagine how to incorporate every island custom into a ceremonial project?
Although there are many similarities in how we love to share our island cultures, welcome others with great hospitality, embrace the important teachings of our elders, and are very family-oriented, we still do have different customs and traditions that are unique in their own ways.
Sometimes incorporating all of the Pasifika Islands in our programs can be challenging because there are so many beautiful things we want to portray or sometimes we have to do extended research in order to present them properly! When it comes to our honorable presentations or community outreach, we want you to know that our intentions are very humble and that we make every effort to represent all of the island cultures to the best of our abilities.
It took a great deal of strength and perseverance to get to where you are today, so we want you to know that everything we share with you has a beautiful message dedicated to the spirit of your journey, your heritage(s), accomplishments, future endeavors, and especially your island culture.
